change happens when we imagine a different story

We facilitate critical intergroup dialogues that empower groups to collaboratively advance equity and justice.

Critical intergroup dialogues use storytelling and scaffolded learning to guide groups in the process of understanding the impacts of social inequity on their lives, learning the skills for working across differences of experience and power, and collaboratively developing solutions that center equity and justice.

Nitesh has been facilitating intergroup dialogues in higher education for 13+ years, has supported the development of intergroup dialogue programs at multiple schools/colleges, and trains students, faculty, and staff in the development and facilitation of intergroup dialogue curriculum.

In addition to his work as an intergroup dialogue facilitator and trainer, Nitesh is a part-time faculty member at the University of Michigan School of Social Work, a clinical therapist working in private practice, and Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Association of Social Workers in Higher Education.
